Our Team

Stuart has been with the Paul Davis family for 15 years.  He began as a Mitigation Manager before progressing to Full Associate and now Franchise Owner. He is originally from Manchester, England (United), but left his hometown to work as a dive instructor abroad, eventually meeting his American wife, Meredith, while working on a sailboat in the Caribbean. They live and worked in central America before settling in Hawaii where they married and welcomed their daughter, Sophia. In 2008 they settled in Richmond, where they welcomed their son, Liam, to their family.

Stuart has worked in construction in several countries off and on for 20 years and has finally acclimated to measuring in feet and inches, rather than the metric system.

Brennan is a George Mason University graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Biology, functioning as our Mitigation Manager here at Paul Davis Restoration of West Richmond. Brennan works alongside insurance adjusters, subcontractors and home/business owners managing projects from the initial EMS dispatch through the mitigation and remediation phase to completion. He supervises and trains field technicians in making sure they are meeting our customers service expectations while following all IICRC standards.

Certified in water, mold, odor, and trauma/crime scene mitigation and with years of experience, Brennan works accurately and efficiently in all that he does.

Kaelei joined the Paul Davis team in November 2022 and works as our Project & Administrative Coordinator. Kaelei is a go-getter and an awesome addition to our team! She has experience in administrative roles and leadership. She ensures we provide the best service to our customers by making sure our customers jobs are handled with the utmost care and respect. If you need a mitigation crew out to your home, business, or property, you can count on Kaelei to get them there! She works with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and subcontractors through the entire mitigation process to ensure your job is running smoothly.

In Kaelei’s free time she loves to spend time with her husband and their puppy.

Drew has been with Paul Davis since 2022. Starting out in the Mitigation Field, Drew worked his way up to Lead Technician. He went to school for Marketing and Sales and decided to venture into Business Development.

"I was born and raised in Michigan and have been in the industry since 2004. I enjoy helping people in their time of need.  In my free time I enjoy saltwater fishing."

Larry is a native of Richmond, Virginia and attended Richmond Public Schools. He started as a firefighter for the City of Richmond in 1980 and throughout the duration of his 37 year career, he rose in the ranks to Battalion Chief before retiring in November of 2017. He was a trustee for the Richmond Retirement System representing all Fire and Police officers from 2008-2014 and served on the Board as a Vice President of Richmond Firefighters Local 995. In addition, Larry served on Board of Directors of the Richmond Fire and Police Credit Union and was president of the Board of Directors for Crescent Place Condominiums.

He has been in the restoration industry since 2015 and we are incredibly excited to have Larry as part of our Paul Davis family!

Karen graduated from Merrimack College in Andover, MA with a degree in Business Administration. She relocated to the Richmond area in 1989. Karen serves as an Associate for Paul Davis of West Richmond and is directly responsible for reconstruction and remodeling projects. She has over 25 years of experience in new construction, home improvement projects and restoration. Karen is our primary estimator for restoration projects and a project manager for several. She has worked in the construction field for over 25 years with the last nine focusing on restoration work. Certifications include Class A Contractors License.

Alec joined our Paul Davis team in October 2022 on our reconstruction side as an in-house painter/drywaller and even does some carpentry work. To describe Alec as an enthusiast for what he does is an understatement! He has worked in this industry for over 5 years and continues to grow his knowledge and test his skills! He takes exceptional pride in the work he performs and we’re grateful to have him on our team.

Alec loves to fish, hunt, and spend time with his family!

Greg joined our team here at Paul Davis in June 2022 as a mitigation technician! As of March 2023 he has been promoted to a crew chief. Greg is originally from Monterey, California! He grew up on the bay and on his dad’s boat where he learned to love marine life and spent majority of his time on the pier and going to the aquarium. His favorite animals quickly became the sea otter and he maintained this coastal lifestyle when he moved out to Virginia Beach when he was 10! This move was the first time he ever flew on an airplane which sparked his love for travel. Greg adopted a dog named Thunder as soon as he moved to Virginia and was an honors student throughout high school. He moved to Richmond in May of 2022 for a new adventure and became part of the Paul Davis Family shortly after.

Greg’s hobbies are traveling and spending time with his friends who quickly became his family.

Savannah is a native to Richmond, VA and has an incredible attention to detail. She started with us at Paul Davis Restoration of West Richmond in March of 2023 as our contents supervisor. Savannah is your go-to person when your home is undergoing restoration and your personal belongings are involved. She ensures that your most prized possessions are in good hands and well taken care of during such a difficult time. In Savannah’s free time she loves spending time with her family and her animals!
